1. We ship items within 2 days after your payment is cleared.
2. We accept any merchandise purchased from us for a refund or a replacement. An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with anything in the store.
3. You may also ask for a defective item for a refund. We will cover the shipping cost for returning defective item back to our store. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost as well.
